V2S is regarded today as the essential "security & design" partner for glass product processors and stockists, glaziers and construction hardware businesses. The company continues to create ever more high-performance solutions in terms of security - anti-vandal protection, theft protection, anti-impact and anti-panic protection, protection against bullets, explosion and fire - whilst ensuring comfort is assured (sound-proofing laminated glass, thermal insulation laminated glass, sunlight control or self-cleaning laminated glass) with fine design (coloured laminated glass, with printed images or even built-in LEDs).

Historical
Created in 1990, V2S quickly established itself as the benchmark organisation for laminated security glass in France and neighbouring countries. It was purchased by the RIOU Glass group in January 2009. Since 2009, V2S has been a part of the RIOU Glass group, founded and presided over by Pierre RIOU.RIOU Glass is an independent French family group which employs about 800 staff and which operates in the field of flat glass processing. In its 16 processing facilities spread throughout mainland France, Reunion and Mauritius, each year RIOU Glass process nearly 85,000 tonnes of flat glass and supply all types of glass products, from screen-printed toughened glass to very high-performance insulating glazing, in all forms and intended for a multitude of applications: Building, mirror manufacturing, industrial use, decoration, furnishing etc.
