Stop’Risk®
High level protection for individuals and property!
Stop’Risk® is our range of laminated glass providing "high performance" safety for individuals and property. It is part of the Protec-Plus® glazing family from V2S, which stands apart from conventional laminated glazing due to its previously unseen levels of performance. This is a new generation of protective laminated glazing which combines two types of materials: glass and composite materials. This major technological advance allows very high levels of resistance and protection to be achieved, whilst ensuring significant reduction in thickness and weights.
The use of Stop’Risk® laminated glazing is particularly recommended for installations where safety requirements demand levels of performance which exceed those of the standards.

Applications
- Stop’Risk® G: « anti-impact / anti-panic » protective glazing has been especially designed for installation in police custody cells, 'sobering up' cells, detention units for minors, psychiatric hospitals etc.
- Stop’Risk® CS: « intrusion delaying » protective glazing is primarily intended for installation in buildings where there is a high risk of theft: gem merchants, jewellers, art galleries, major stores, luxury residences, palaces etc.
- Reduced thickness
- Reduced weight
- Very good optical quality (extra-clear)
- Excellent anti-UV characteristics
- Internal or external use
- Single glazing or insulating glazing
- Can be used in combination with other functions: enhanced heat insulation, sunlight control, noise reduction etc.

Stop’Risk® CS are glass-polycarbonate laminated safety glazing materials with extraordinary levels of resistance to attack. They are suitable for all locations where a significant risk of intrusion exists, where intrusion is considered to be a deliberate act by an individual with the intention of piercing the glazing so as to allow access to take place. Stop’Risk® CS delays intrusion considerably, and today provides the best reinforced protection for goods.
For jewellers and other businesses involving valuable items, this range is very often manufactured using extra-clear glass, allowing greater levels of light transmission and better colour rendering.
